Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 squares
  2. Preheat oven based upon puff pastry box instructions
  3. Take a large pot and boil water
  4. Cut broccoli into smaller pieces off the stalk
  5. Place in boiling water for ten minutes
  6. Once softened Cut broccoli into splices so it can lay flat on a tray
  7. Grab a medium baking tray and like with parchment paper
  8. Brush olive oil in sections on the paper
  9. Layer broccoli splices upside down on olive oil
  10. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and ebtb seasoning on top
  11. Grate sharp cheddar cheese over broccoli to your heart's desire
  12. Place puff pastry square over each section of toppings
  13. Mold the edges with a fork and brush with egg wash
  14. *Egg was: whisk egg and add small amount of water
  15. Bake for 12-15 minutes
  16. Flip over and enjoy!

Notes

You don't want to take the puff pastry out too early, that way it can keep its shape
