BBQ Chicken Sliders (GF)

Ingredients
- 111 Gluten-Free Brioche Style Rolls - Canyon Bakehouse
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Easy Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce (click for recipe), G Hughes sugar free bbq sauce
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Rotisserie Chicken
- 111 Provolone Cheese
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole White Onion
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Parsley
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Butter, Unsalted
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vegetable Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Shred 1/2 rotisserie chicken into a bowl
- Mix 1c of barbecue sauce with the chicken
- Slice brioche buns and lay the bottom into a pan
- Spoon generous portions of chicken onto each bun
- Break the Provolone slices in half
- Place Provolone on top of the chicken
- *Optional Crispy Onions
- Place vegetable oil in a microwave safe dish
- Cut onion into spirals and submerge into the oil
- Microwave for 4 minutes; checking on the onions in 1 minute increments
- Sprinkle a Pinch of salt on top of the onions
- Por more bbq sauce on top of the cheese
- Add crispy onions
- Put on the top of the brioche bun
- In a bowl melt 1/2 stick of butter
- Add 1/2 tbsp of parsley
- Add 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- Mix together and brush on top of the buns
- *Optional bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes for melted cheese and an added crunch

Two gluten free brands of bbq sauce I like are G Hughes sugar free and Sweet Baby Rays.
