Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Steam or boil your sweet potatoes for 8-10 mins or until fork tender.
  2. Add your butter, garlic and thyme to your pan and cook on medium low for 8-10 mins until brown (NOT BURNT - you don’t want to burn the garlic)
  3. once your potatoes are done cooking, in your stand mixer add them in along with your spices, whipping cream and half of your melted butter and garlic. Remove thyme to sage for garnish.
  4. Whip for 30-45 seconds, plate your mash and top with leftover butter, garlic and thyme.
