Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Optional: use a storebought vanilla ice cream or make my homemade version: add all ice-cream ingredients to a blender and combine. Add to a glass storage container and freeze overnight.
  2. Add flour, cacao powder, sweetener, baking powder, baking sofa, and salt to a bowl and combine.
  3. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla to a bowl and combine.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of batter to a waffle pan, I use a 4-pan mini waffle pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Assemble waffles on taco platter, add a small scoop of ice-cream to each waffle taco and top with dye-free sprinkles, maple syrup, coconut flakes, bits of walnut, etc. ENJOY!
