Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven according to package directions for your filets. Once preheated, get the filets on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until golden and crisp.
  2. I had a frozen buffalo sauce from another product in my freezer that I used. You can always make your own (hot sauce & butter) , or use a store bought variety. Just make sure it is warmed up in advance of dunking the filets. Once your filets are finished, dredge them in the buffalo sauce and return them to the tray. Slap a slice of spicy Monterey jack on each one and return them to the oven until melty and delicious.
  3. Spread Ranch on the bottom and top of each bun. Lay some crispy romaine on the bottom and nestle your cheesy buffalo filets next. Top with thinly sliced red onions & sliced pickles. Close them up, serve, and ENJOY!
