Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix all of the marinade ingredients together.
  2. Add the chicken and marinate for 24 hours.
  3. Add the butter to a medium sized skillet. Melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Make the sauce by combining all of the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  5. Cook the chicken on all sides, until the chicken is completely white.
  6. Add the sauce and any leftover marinade.
  7. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Garnish with cilantro.
