Butter Zucchini Noodles
Tender zucchini noodles coated in buttery garlic, sweet sautéed onion, and salty Parmesan, with a little red chili heat in every bite. It’s the kind of quick and simple side dish that disappears straight from the pan.

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Butter, Salted, can sub vegan

- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, finely minced

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Onion, finely minced
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes, to taste

- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, can sub vegan

- Prepare the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer or julienne peeler. Set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and onion and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini noodles and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Be careful not to overcook the noodles, as they can turn mushy.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and season with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes to taste.
