Ingredients
base
- 9 oz9 oz9 oz Peanut Butter Protein Cereal - Catalina Crunch

- 222 Peanut Butter Crunch Protein + Superfood Bar - B.T.R. Nation

protein caramel
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Butter, Unsalted

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Vanilla Collagen Peptides Powder - Further Food

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Sea Salt

toppings
- 3/4 cup3/4 cup3/4 cup Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips, for chocolate collagen ganache

- 3/4 cup3/4 cup3/4 cup Chocolate Collagen - Further Food, for chocolate collagen ganache

- 2-4 Tbsp2-4 Tbsp2-4 Tbsp Water, for chocolate collagen ganache

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- to a food processor, add cereal & BTR bars; blitz into a fine crumble, then transfer to a bowl.
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter & brown.
- stir in remaining ācaramelā ingredients & mix until everything is dissolved.
- pour caramel mixture into cereal/bar mixture & mix well.
- add mixture to a sheet pan & roll out into an even layer
- bake for 8-10 minutes.
- to make chocolate collagen ganache: melt dark chocolate chips ā mix in chocolate collagen peptides, & water until reaches a nice fudgy consistency.
- spread ganache on top, then sprinkle krackād bars on top.
- allow to cool, then place in the fridge or freezer for 15-30 minutes before breaking into bark pieces.
