Butterfinger Trees
These Butterfinger Christmas trees are such a delicious treat! They are refined sugar-free and made with organic corn flakes, the perfect crunch!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Cornflakes
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Avocado Oil, (Optional: mixed into chocolate to thin it out)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Coat the bottom and sides of a silicone tree mold with melted chocolate. Place in the fridge to set.
- 2. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, corn flakes, and sea salt. Add about 2 Tbsp of filling to eat tree and flatten. Coat the top of the tree with remaining chocolate.
- 3. Place in the freezer and allow to set for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from molds and enjoy!
Notes
Keep leftovers stored in the freezer and allow to sit out for 5 minutes or so before enjoying.
