Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dates on the baking sheet with seeds removed. The dates should be sliced in half on only one side (Slice the date down the middle, making sure not to slice the whole date in half)
  2. You should have a slit through the date where you can stuff it with the cashew butter.
  3. Once you stuff the dates with the cashew butter add in the chopped walnuts and close slightly.
  4. Place in the fridge while you melt your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute (stopping at 30 seconds to stir)
  5. Once the chocolate has melted you can top each date with the chocolate (covering the date fully) and topping with some more crushed walnuts and sea salt for a bit more flavor and crunch!
  6. Store in the fridge for future snacking!
