“Champagne” Jello Shots (Edit recipe)

Perfect for New Year’s Eve, kids will go crazy over these gummy-like sparkling treats. Eat them on their own or use my adult version and drop them into a glass of wine for a fun treat.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add sparkling juice and lemon juice into medium saucepan.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin and let stand 5 min. Heat to a simmer on medium-high (don’t allow it to boil) and whisk until fully dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Add to a silicone ice cube tray and refrigerate OR line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the champagne mixture into the dish and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  5. Sprinkle glitter over the mixture. Return to the refrigerator or serve (cut into mini squares if using baking sheet).
  6. ADULT VERSION

Notes

you can also use packets of gelatin if that is what you have on hand!!
