“Champagne” Jello Shots
Perfect for New Year’s Eve, kids will go crazy over these gummy-like sparkling treats. Eat them on their own or use my adult version and drop them into a glass of wine for a fun treat.
Ingredients
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Sparkling White Grape Juice
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Grass Fed Gelatin, Unflavored
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Edible Gold Luster Dust, Or edible glitter (optional)
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Champagne, Or sparkling wine
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Maple Sugar, Or sugar of choice
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Grass Fed Gelatin, Unflavored
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Edible Gold Luster Dust, Or edible glitter (optional)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add sparkling juice and lemon juice into medium saucepan.
- Sprinkle the gelatin and let stand 5 min. Heat to a simmer on medium-high (don’t allow it to boil) and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add to a silicone ice cube tray and refrigerate OR line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the champagne mixture into the dish and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Sprinkle glitter over the mixture. Return to the refrigerator or serve (cut into mini squares if using baking sheet).
- ADULT VERSION
- Add champagne, lemon juice, and sugar into medium saucepan.

you can also use packets of gelatin if that is what you have on hand!!
