  1. Slice chicken into cubes and place in a bowl. Drizzle avocado oil over the chicken.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Add this mixture to chicken and coat all pieces.
  4. Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet and bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. While chicken is baking, mix all coleslaw ingredients.
  6. When chicken is ready, add hot sauce and evenly coat. Grab a burrito-sizes tortilla, place chicken bites, add coleslaw, green onion, wrap tightly and sear on a lightly greased baking pan until toasted.
  7. Serve with tallow potato chips
