- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion)
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Hot Sauce
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Coleslaw Mix (Shredded Cabbage and Carrots)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Slice chicken into cubes and place in a bowl. Drizzle avocado oil over the chicken.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Add this mixture to chicken and coat all pieces.
- Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet and bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- While chicken is baking, mix all coleslaw ingredients.
- When chicken is ready, add hot sauce and evenly coat. Grab a burrito-sizes tortilla, place chicken bites, add coleslaw, green onion, wrap tightly and sear on a lightly greased baking pan until toasted.
- Serve with tallow potato chips
