Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt your white chocolate chips and coconut oil together and stir until smooth (you can either do this on the stovetop or in the microwave).
- Separate about 1/4 cup of the melted chocolate into a separate bowl. Add 3-4 drops of blue plant-based color and mix well.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread around so it lays flat and even.
- Using a spoon, add 6 vertical lines of blue chocolate on the white chocolate pan. Using a bamboo skewer, swirl the colors together in a figure 8 motion.
- Decorate your chocolate bark with mini dreidels by inserting half a pretzel stick into a mini marshmallow. Take some white chocolate and dip a chocolate chip into it to glue it to the bottom of the marshmallow.
- Add chocolate gelt, chocolate gems, and sprinkles to your bark.
- Freeze for 30+minutes. Once the chocolate has solidified, break it apart, and enjoy!
