  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt your white chocolate chips and coconut oil together and stir until smooth (you can either do this on the stovetop or in the microwave).
  3. Separate about 1/4 cup of the melted chocolate into a separate bowl. Add 3-4 drops of blue plant-based color and mix well.
  4. Pour the remaining melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread around so it lays flat and even.
  5. Using a spoon, add 6 vertical lines of blue chocolate on the white chocolate pan. Using a bamboo skewer, swirl the colors together in a figure 8 motion.
  6. Decorate your chocolate bark with mini dreidels by inserting half a pretzel stick into a mini marshmallow. Take some white chocolate and dip a chocolate chip into it to glue it to the bottom of the marshmallow.
  7. Add chocolate gelt, chocolate gems, and sprinkles to your bark.
  8. Freeze for 30+minutes. Once the chocolate has solidified, break it apart, and enjoy!
