Cheesy Cheetos Dipping Sauce

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until it smells slightly nutty and looks like a golden paste (1–2 min).
- Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth. Let it simmer for a minute. Don’t let it boil, we’re not making mac and cheese (yet).
- Stir in the shredded cheddar until it’s completely melted and glossy.
- Add your cup of Sturdy Marinara Sauce and stir. The sauce should be smooth, bright, and thick enough to coat a spoon.
- Fold in the crushed Cheetos. They’ll thicken things up and add a satisfying crunch factor.
- Add cayenne and a pinch of garlic powder. And then salt to taste.
