- Fold your leftover slice in half lengthwise, crust to tip. Then cut off the triangle point so it folds into a neat little sandwich shape.
- Place your folded pizza (crust side down) in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Let it sizzle until the bottom gets golden and crisp.
- Once crisp, add a splash of water to the pan, then cover it with a lid. The steam will melt the cheese without burning the crust. Dab off excess oil with a paper towel if your slice is extra greasy.
- Open up your pizza and spread a spoonful of high-protein Sturdy Marinara Sauce on the inside. Layer in your grilled chicken and dressed greens. Toss in some thinly sliced onions or peppers here too.
- Top it with the leftover crust triangle, press it down gently with a spatula, and let the whole thing toast together for another minute.
- Slide your pizza sandwich onto a plate, pour a little marinara into a dipping dish, and prepare for the happiest way to eat one slice of pizza.
