Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Be sure to pit every cherry before you start combining the ingredients. Pour the pitted cherries into a large bowl and add the lemon zest and juice, sugar, Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour, vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Delicately combine these ingredients together until a light, deep red syrup is made and reserve.
  2. In a large bowl or standing mixer, combine the Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour, Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats, 6 Tbsp of the butter, the brown sugar, the kosher salt and ground ginger, and mix until the ingredients resemble the texture of kinetic sand.
  3. Pour the cherries into the bottom of a lined 9x9 pan, and then add the crumble on top. Add the remaining butter and granulated sugar to the top of the crumble, and bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Carefully remove and allow to cool completely, chilling preferably, and serving with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired. Enjoy!
