Chicken Parmesan ( no breading )
I love this delicious dish and all of its classic Italian flavors. My version uses pan fried chicken breasts that have been tenderized but NOT breaded. I just feel like you already have the pasta, do you really need the breading? Anyway, thats just me. Hope you guys enjoy this cozy family favorite of ours.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Chicken Breasts, Boneless Skinless, halved and tenderized
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce - Pizza Girl
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Mozzarella, Shredded
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Kosterina
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced
- .5 whole.5 whole.5 whole Red Onion, chopped

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre heat your oven to 350º, halve your chicken breasts by slicing into two thinner equal halves, and tenderize.
- Bring a large skillet to medium high heat, add olive oil and season liberally with sea salt, garlic, red onion, pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Pan fry your your chicken breasts for 3 minutes on each side or until the chicken is slightly browned.
- Remove from heat, add sauce, then cheese, and finally sprinkle on some addition Italian seasoning, and place in oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove and serve over a bed of your favorite pasta. Enjoy!
Notes
Always be sure your chicken cooks to an internal temperature of 165º before serving.
