Finally! An outstanding ice cream that you can feel good about feeding to your friends and family.  Absolutely no refined sugar or gluten, and I promise that no one will ever know the difference.  The flavor and creaminess of this ice cream is a masterpiece!  ENJOY!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large mix bowl add the milk, coconut sugar, cream, and vanilla powder. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Add the mixture to your ice cream maker and mix for 25 - 30 minutes or according to the mixer directions.
  3. While the ice cream is churning, gather the almonds and the chocolate chips and combine them in a small mixing bowl.
  4. Add the almonds and the chocolate chips to the ice cream. Continue mixing for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve into individual bowls or package up and store in the freezer.
  6. This will make a little over 3 pints of ice cream.
  7. ENJOY!
