Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a mason jar, combine the heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, and hot chocolate powder.
  2. Use a whisk to whisk in the hot cocoa powder.
  3. Put the lid on the jar and shake it for about 10 seconds to help combine the ingredients.
  4. Remove the lid, then add in the marshmallows and whipped cream. Use a fork to gently swirl in the marshmallows and whipped cream.
  5. Place the ice cream in the freezer for 4 hours or until completely frozen.

Notes

For the hot chocolate powder: I recommend using either a dark chocolate hot chocolate powder or a double chocolate hot chocolate mix for a more indulgent flavor, but a regular hot chocolate mix will work as well.
