Chocolate Coconut Mousse
This chocolate coconut mousse will satisfy that chocolate craving with added nutrients with the chia seeds which are high in protein are great for an energy boost. (And who doesn't need that this time of year?) The pinch of cayenne pepper adds an additional antioxidant. Enjoy this delicious dessert guilt free!
Ingredients
- 400 ml400 ml400 ml Coconut Milk, one can
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Cayenne Pepper, (optional )just a pinch
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup shredded Coconut, unsweetened
