- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Cacao Powder, Raw
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Baking Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Strawberries, diced, more if desired!
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Cacao Powder, Raw

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
- To a medium sized bowl, add almond flour, coconut sugar, cacao powder, baking powder and salt. Mix to combine.
- Add coconut oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix to create a wet, sticky dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
- Pour batter into parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together melted coconut oil and cacao powder to create a glaze.
- When brownies are cooled, top with diced strawberries, and pour the chocolate glaze evenly over the top.
- Place in the fridge for an hour to set before cutting into squares. Store extras in an air-tight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
