Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie
This smoothie tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry but is healthier, lower in sugar, and high in protein! It's simple to make and is vegan and gluten-free. The chocolate and strawberry flavors balance each other so nicely in this creamy, decadent smoothie. I’m obsessed! If you like having dessert for breakfast, this is perfect for you. It also makes a great healthy but indulgent Valentine’s breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Soy Milk, use more or less depending on your desired consistency
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, frozen
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cauliflower, frozen (optional)
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Milk Yogurt, or yogurt of choice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
