  1. In a bowl, combine crushed rice cakes, peanut butter and honey. Mix well until combined.
  2. Firmly press mixture in a lined a container/baking tin.
  3. Spread melted chocolate on top and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour to set.
  4. Slice and store in the fridge (lasts up to 1 week).

Notes

**To make it nut free - substitute nut butter for melted biscoff spread.
