Chocolate Peanut Butter Ricecake Slice

Ingredients
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Plain Rice Cake, crushed
- 0.333 cups0.333 cups0.333 cups Peanut Butter, can use any nut butter of choice
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Brown Rice Syrup, can substitute for honey
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate, melted — can use any chocolate of choice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, combine crushed rice cakes, peanut butter and honey. Mix well until combined.
- Firmly press mixture in a lined a container/baking tin.
- Spread melted chocolate on top and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour to set.
- Slice and store in the fridge (lasts up to 1 week).
Notes
**To make it nut free - substitute nut butter for melted biscoff spread.
