Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend cottage cheese and peanut butter until smooth and add the rest of the ingredients up until the chocolate chips until mixed together.
  2. Roll into balls with a rounded TBS on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 min.
  3. Melt the chocolate and dip the balls into the chocolate with two forks until covered.
  4. Put back on the baking sheet and freeze for 10 min. Can store in fridge up to 5 days or freezer for months. If storing in freezer, make sure to let thaw for a few minutes before eating.
