Chocolate Peppermint Pancakes
If you’re a chocolate peppermint fan, these pancakes are a must save! They are fluffy and high in protein, and are naturally sweetened. Definitely one of my favorite pancake recipes I’ve created!
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Unsweetened Good Karma Flaxmilk & Protein
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Oat Flour
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (Nuzest)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pour into circles on a greased skillet and cook for a few minutes on each side. ENJOY!
