Thick, creamy, nutritious pumpkin shake, with swirls on peanut butter, hints of cocoa, and homemade dark chocolate peanut butter cups throughout!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Make your peanut butter cups by melting chocolate & coconut oil in 30 second intervals until smooth
  2. Spread in the bottom & sides of mini muffin liners and freeze until hard, about 10 minutes
  3. Mix filling ingredients together, press into hardened chocolate bottom of muffin liners, top with more melted chocolate, and freeze another 15 minutes
  4. Once hardened, remove from wrappers and set aside
  5. For the smoothie, blend all ingredients together until smooth, pour into your glass, and optionally drizzle with melted chocolate and crushed peanut butter cups!
