Cocktail Sausage Nachos (Dairy-Free/Gluten-Free)
These quick & tasty cocktail sausage nachos are a cinch to throw together plus they’re dairy-free, gluten-free & nut-free. If you need a super easy, last-minute game day appetizer, this one is always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Corn Tortilla Chips
- 2.5 cups2.5 cups2.5 cups Vegan Shredded Cheddar, Divided use (use vegan cheese to keep recipe dairy-free)
- 10 whole10 whole10 whole Cocktail Sausages, Each sliced into 5 rounds for a total of 50
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Jalapeño Pepper, Sliced
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion), Sliced

- 6 - 8 oz6 - 8 oz6 - 8 oz Guacamole, For serving
- 6 - 8 oz6 - 8 oz6 - 8 oz Salsa, For serving
- 6 - 8 oz6 - 8 oz6 - 8 oz Sour Cream Alternative - Kite Hill, For serving; or other dairy-free sour cream
- 4 - 6 pieces4 - 6 pieces4 - 6 pieces Lime, 4-6 lime wedges, for squeezing over nachos before serving (optional)

- Preheat oven broiler to high heat. Line a large, rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Arrange tortilla chips over parchment paper. Evenly sprinkle with half the cheese.
- Place cocktail sausage slices on top of cheese.
- Evenly sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Top with jalapeño slices and sliced green onions.
- Place under broiler to melt cheese, keeping a close eye so as not to burn chips. Remove pan once cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Serve with guacamole, salsa, dairy-free sour cream and lime wedges.
