These quick & tasty cocktail sausage nachos are a cinch to throw together plus they’re dairy-free, gluten-free & nut-free. If you need a super easy, last-minute game day appetizer, this one is always a crowd-pleaser.

  1. Preheat oven broiler to high heat. Line a large, rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange tortilla chips over parchment paper. Evenly sprinkle with half the cheese.
  3. Place cocktail sausage slices on top of cheese.
  4. Evenly sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Top with jalapeño slices and sliced green onions.
  6. Place under broiler to melt cheese, keeping a close eye so as not to burn chips. Remove pan once cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve with guacamole, salsa, dairy-free sour cream and lime wedges.
