Dairy-Free, Grain-free Loaded Nachos
Loaded nachos are always a crowd pleaser! For those of us who don't always tolerate dairy very well, it can be disappointing to have nachos without the cheese. Are nachos even nachos without the cheese?! House Party Cheesy Dip is the perfect replacement for the cheese on your nachos if you can't have dairy. This recipe packs on the flavor. You wont want to share a bite!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb 85% Lean Ground Beef - US Wellness Meats
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Black Beans
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning - Primal Palate
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Grain Free Tortilla Chips - Siete Foods, (1 bag)
- 3/4 cup3/4 cup3/4 cup Jalapeño Cheesy Dip - House Party, heated
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Roma Tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Black Olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Red Onion, diced
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to bake at 350 F.
- In a medium size skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain the fat from the skillet, and then stir in the black beans.
- Season the beef with the Primal Palate taco seasoning.
- Spread one bag of Siete Grain-Free Tortilla Chips out on a large baking sheet.
- Spoon the taco meat over the chips. Dollop some of the House Party Cheesy Dip over the meat, and place in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheesy dip starts to bubble and the chips get a little crispy.
- Prepare your toppings while the nachos are in the oven, and warm the rest of the Cheesy Dip on the stove top so you can drizzle it over the nachos.
- When your nachos come out of the oven, top them with the bell pepper, tomato, red onion, olives, and cilantro.
- Drizzle the warm Cheesy Dip over the top of the nachos, and enjoy!
