Coconut Cream Brookie Fudge
If you don't know how to use up a can of coconut cream on make these! Using a few simple ingredients you can turn any can of coconut cream into a high protein creamy dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Cream
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Black Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder (Nuzest)
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - Primal Palate, crumbled
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dark Chocolate

- In a bowl whip together the coconut cream , vanilla extract, and vanilla protein until creamy.
- Scoop half the mixture into a smaller bowl and add in the black cacao powder and mix well.
- Add in the crumble cookie dough to the vanilla mixture.
- In mini muffin molds or baking dish, layer the oreo layer then add in the vanilla cookie layer.
- Repeat until the mixtures are used up.
- Top with chocolate and pop in the freezer for an hour to set.
- Store in the fridge for a week or freezer for several months and enjoy!
