  1. In a medium bowl, combine almond butter, melted coconut oil, chocolate, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, and mix well until a thick, smooth consistency forms.
  3. Stir in shredded coconut and chopped almonds. If using, add in chocolate chips.
  4. Line a small baking dish (8x8 works well) with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. Place in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once set, remove from the freezer, slice into squares, and enjoy!
