this "keto-fied" granola is not messing around - no oats. no gluten. no sugar. no nonsense.

just lots of delicious nuts + seeds, functional collagen, turmeric golden milk goodness, maple miso vibes, & crumbled BTR protein + superfood bars baked into chunky, salty-sweet clusters. it’s nutrient-dense. high-protein. fiber-loaded. deeply satisfying.

and honestly? it IS the best damn granola out there.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 300.
  2. in a bowl, combine all dry ingredients
  3. to a saucepan, add butter & melt over medium heat.
  4. stir butter occasionally & cook for an additional 8-10 minutes to brown.
  5. stir in remaining wet ingredients; mixing until everything is dissolved.
  6. remove from heat, then add vanilla extract & maple extract.
  7. using a large spatula, thoroughly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  8. add granola to a half-sheet baking sheet.
  9. bake for 10 minutes, then take it out and mix thoroughly.
  10. press down mixture very firmly, then bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  11. once the granola is done baking, press firmly again. allow it to cool completely.
  12. I then transfer the granola to the freezer for ~1-2 hours before breaking into clusters; store in the freezer.
