Colombian Style Hot Dog
Street food in Colombia is next level, and the perro caliente is a prime example. To celebrate my husband's heritage, I recreated this iconic staple to be completely gluten-free so we could enjoy it together!
The magic is all in the toppings. The combination of sweet crushed pineapple, salty potato sticks, and smooth pink sauce creates the perfect bite every single time!
