Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine almond flour, protein powder, cashew butter, maple syrup and coconut oil in a bowl.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Roll dough out into a rectangle and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Slice dough in half.
  6. Spread vanilla ice cream on one half of the cookie dough.
  7. Top with other cookie dough half and press down firmly.
  8. Freeze for two hours before slicing into squares.

Notes

The amount of maple syrup needed with depend on how sweet the protein powder is that you use! The coconut oil isn't essential, however it does help the cookie dough to hold it's shape better. Use the ice cream of your choice!
