Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Marinate the chicken by adding the oil, coconut aminos, salt, sugar, vinegar, and garlic powder to a medium sized bowl.  Mix together until fully combined. 
  2. Add the chicken and marinate for 8 – 24 hours. 
  3. Make the Bang Bang Sauce by adding all of the ingredients to a small bowl, and mix together until fully combined. 
  4. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.  
  5. Preheat the grill to high heat, roughly 550° F.
  6. Grill the skewers for 4 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
  7. Plate the tortillas and top with the veggies and chicken.  Drizzle the Bang Bang Sauce on top and serve. 
  8. ENJOY!
