Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Boil the jalapenos, white onion, tomatillos, and garlic in plenty of water until soft, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Once soft, drain the water and let the vegetables cool.
  3. Add the cooked vegetables to a blender or food processor.
  4. Add the fresh cilantro, salt and black pepper.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Add the avocado. Blend again until the avocado is incorporated fully and the salsa is a nice, smooth consistency.
  7. Serve atop your favorite tacos. Also goes great in a burrito or on top of eggs.

Notes

For a variation in taste, roast the vegetables instead of boiling.
