Do you have someone in your family that is having some “issues” with broccoli?? If this sounds like your home then you should try this crispy broccoli recipe. Flavored with my addictive Bagel Blend of spices, this recipe will get even the toughest of critics asking for seconds.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 400º F. Wash broccoli heads thoroughly and let dry for an hour or so. The dryer the broccoli the crispier the broccoli.
  2. chop and coarsely slice florets, combine with remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl or ziplock bag and toss together until broccoli is evenly coated
  3. Lay florets out on a baking sheet and arrange so they are not lying on top of one another.
  4. Place sheets in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove, flip florets and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Remove let cool and enjoy as a side, snack, garnish or use them as a crouton in a salad.

Notes

you may need two baking sheets depending on how many florets your broccoli heads have produced
