Flavor packed, seared steak stir fry that's sure to impress everyone around the dinner table! This sauce is perfectly sweet & spicy and versatile enough that you can use it on your shrimp, meatball, or chicken dishes, too!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Whisk sauce ingredients, minus arrowroot, and set aside
  2. Thinly slice steak, and toss with salt, pepper, and arrowroot
  3. Heat skillet with avocado oil and sear steak without ~6 minutes, onto flipping 2-3x to get a good sear on each side
  4. Remove from heat, and heat pepper & onion until soft
  5. Add orange sauce to veggies
  6. Mix 1 tbsp arrowroot with 2 tbsp water, then add that to the sauce. It will begin to bubble and thicken
  7. Add steak back to the pan and toss until everything is coated in sauce
  8. Serve over rice and top with scallions
  9. Enjoy!
