Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
Tired of your sweet potatoes not getting crispy enough in the oven? You don’t want to deep fry them because it’s unhealthy? Well, of you follow this recipe, not only is it healthy, but it’s super CRISPY!
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 whole2 - 3 whole2 - 3 whole Sweet Potato
- 2 - 3 tsp2 - 3 tsp2 - 3 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil, Any neutral oil is fine
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cayenne Pepper, Optional
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt

- Pre-heat oven to 450F.
- Wash, peel and cut your sweet potatoes into french fries.
- Boil for 3-4 mins, remove and let it steam dry in colander for 4-6 mins.
- In a bowl or your sheet pan, add your ingredients from the list above.
- Toss well, & make sure pan is greased, or line with parchment.
- In the oven for 15-20 mins and flip half way.
