Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Pre-heat oven to 450F.
  2. Wash, peel and cut your sweet potatoes into french fries.
  3. Boil for 3-4 mins, remove and let it steam dry in colander for 4-6 mins.
  4. In a bowl or your sheet pan, add your ingredients from the list above.
  5. Toss well, & make sure pan is greased, or line with parchment.
  6. In the oven for 15-20 mins and flip half way.
