- Warm your tortillas until soft and pliable for easier folding.
- Take one of your tortillas and cut it in fourths. You will use one of the four quarters for your center piece.
- Lay one warmed, flour tortilla flat and add a layer of seasoned ground beef in the center.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Place a corn tostada over the cheese, and evenly spread refried beans on the tostada.
- Add another light sprinkle of cheese on the beans.
- Top with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and salsa.
- Finish with a dollop of sour cream.
- Top with a quartered flour tortilla and fold the bottom tortilla up and over the filling in sections to create a hexagon shape. Press down gently to help seal.
- Heat a comal or skillet over medium-low heat.
- Place the Crunchwrap seam-side down and cook until golden and sealed, about 2–3 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until crispy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot, I like to slice my Crunchwrap in half, but you can serve it whole. Provecho!
