Nuts are such an easy snack to have in the fridge for expected or unexpected guests 😉 Not that ours last long enough to be stored away, these suckers are GOOD.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Place all ingredients into your slow cooker, cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours. You will need to stir to coat after the butter melts at the 15 minute mark. Then stir again at the 45 minute mark. Then finally at the 1 hr and 20 minute mark. At 2 hours you can stir and allow to cool. I just set 4 timers at the very start.
  2. Cool and store in airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

You can adjust the types/amounts of nuts, just be sure you have 4 cups. If you use a 360 Cookware slow cooker, HIGH is actually “3” on the dial.
