Curried Slow Cooker Snacking Nuts
Nuts are such an easy snack to have in the fridge for expected or unexpected guests 😉 Not that ours last long enough to be stored away, these suckers are GOOD.
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Organic Walnuts
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Raw Cashews
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almonds
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Salted Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Curry Powder
- 2.5 tsp2.5 tsp2.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Dry Mustard Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place all ingredients into your slow cooker, cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours. You will need to stir to coat after the butter melts at the 15 minute mark. Then stir again at the 45 minute mark. Then finally at the 1 hr and 20 minute mark. At 2 hours you can stir and allow to cool. I just set 4 timers at the very start.
- Cool and store in airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
You can adjust the types/amounts of nuts, just be sure you have 4 cups. If you use a 360 Cookware slow cooker, HIGH is actually “3” on the dial.

I was right now years old when I learned that you can roast nuts in your slow cooker. I hadn’t even considered it. this is so cool!
