Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Combine everything but ghee in a large bowl, mixing well
  3. Pour ghee over and toss to coat nuts
  4. Roast 20 minutes tossing half way through
  5. Let cool completely on pan
  6. Stores well in a glass jar for several weeks if they last that long!

Notes

You can use coconut sugar or maple syrup instead of maple sugar however, to keep this Whole30 omit the maple sugar. Also, you can use almost any mix of nuts you like
