dijon horseradish pretzel burger bites
a mini burger bite… with a BOLD twist 🥨🔥🍔
made with my foolproof meatball recipe (yep — the pretzels are the flour), then stacked between grain-free fit joy tangy dijon pretzels, creamy horseradish hummus, & a little gouda cheese.

Ingredients
pretzel burger meatballs
- 1.5-2 oz1.5-2 oz1.5-2 oz Grain-Free Pretzel Twists, Tangy Dijon Mustard - Fit Joy
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Onion Powder

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Dry Mustard Powder

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Horseradish

- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef

horseradish hummus

- greek yogurt "honey" mustard (click for recipe)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
pretzel burger meatballs
- preheat oven to 400.
- add the pretzels chips, monk fruit, & seasoning to a food processor & blitz a few times into a finer crumble.
- to a bowl, add crunchy mixture + remaining meatball ingredients.
- using a small cookie scoop, make mini meatballs (~40-50).
- place meatballs on a lined baking dish, then bake for ~12-15 minutes.
horseradish hummus
- follow my instructions for making hummus + add in horseradish & cowboy salt when blending.
- refrigerate until ready to serve.
horseradish mustard sauce
- in a bowl, mix together all ingredients for sauce; adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
assembling bites
- lay out dijon pretzels, then layer on a dollop of horseradish hummus → pretzel burger meatball → slice of gouda cheese → another dijon pretzel, secured with a toothpick.
- serve with extra hummus + pretzels for dipping & any other sides you like!
