Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana, Sliced and frozen at least 4 hours prior to use
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple, Fresh or canned pineapple chunks, frozen at least 4 hours prior to use
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, Can also use vanilla collagen peptides
  • 0.75 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1.5 tsp Instant Coffee, Or instant espresso powder

Process
