Easy Carne Asada (Edit recipe)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In the Instant Pot set on sauté sear the flank steak, with salt and pepper, in oil for 4 minutes each side, just to brown.
  2. Turn the setting to slow cook.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and slightly stir to coat everything in sauce.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. When done the beef will shred apart with a fork.

Notes

Use the beef and vegetables in tacos, burritos, on a salad, on nachos, or in a rice bowl. Top with sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, and lime. To save time you can use the pressure cooker setting and cook on medium-high for 20 minutes and let pressure release naturally.
