Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F
  2. Wash and peel your carrots
  3. Pat your carrots dry
  4. Cut your carrots into halves
  5. Line your carrots into a baking dish
  6. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, OR your Tuscan Herbs Rub Kit
  7. Coat the carrots generously in extra virgin olive oil
  8. Toss the carrots around in your dish to ensure an even coating of seasonings
  9. Distribute 1 tbsp of your Hot Honey onto the top of the carrots
  10. Place your baking dish into the oven once preheated
  11. Roast for about 20-25min depending on the strength of your oven
  12. Once charred, place your carrots onto a bed of hummus
  13. Sprinkle with your crumbled feta and remaining hot honey
  14. Serve warm & enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to get creative with this recipe. Any spices work and you can also opt-out of using hummus as your base! Serve as is if you wish. I recommend serving right out of the oven.
