Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Mirin, (or honey)
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Sesame Seeds

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, kimchi, eggs, salt, cauliflower rice, miso and 2 tablespoons of gochujang until well incorporated.
- Add the mixture to a baking dish and gently mold into a round 8-inch loaf.
- Whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons of gochujang paste with mustard, sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, and mirin. Taste and adjust to your preference.
- Brush the glaze over the top of your meatloaf and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 350 F for approximately 45 minutes or until done.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Make your glaze or meatloaf spicier by adding more gochujang paste.
