Overnight oats can be a life saver for busy parents who don't have time to make breakfast in the chaos that is weekday mornings. But have you tried coffee flavored overnight oats? It's a fun twist and  super yum, don't knock it till you try it! We used Sip herbals Cinnamon Roll Faux Joe to get the delicious flavors of coffee, without any of the after effects. If you prefer some caffeine in there, just use instant coffee powder or cold brew instead. We also gave these oats a boost in protein by adding chocolate collagen protein powder!
