These flourless pumpkin donuts are soft, warm, and perfectly spiced. Plus the whipped maple butter frosting on top, absolutely unreal. They’re everything you want in a cozy treat, without the gluten and large amounts of sugar.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix together pumpkin, nut butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
  4. Stir until fully combined.
  5. Divide batter evenly into donut pan, filling 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
