Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix together pumpkin, nut butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
- Stir until fully combined.
- Divide batter evenly into donut pan, filling 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- transfer to a rack to finish cooling.
- Frosting:
- Add the maple butter and coconut cream together in a mixing bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Slowly add protein powder (optional), whipping until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla and a tiny pinch of salt.
- Spread or pipe onto cooled donuts
