Ingredients

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion Soup Mix, Dry

- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Beef Broth

- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Provolone Cheese

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Black Pepper

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Butter, Salted

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Season your chicken breasts with the garlic salt and pepper. Once both sides are brown remove from the pan. (It is ok if they are not 100% cooked through). Add your onions, butter and garlic to the pan. Cook until carmelized. Add your beef broth, onion soup mix and thyme leaves, bring to a simmer. Add your chicken back into the pan and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Top with provolone cheese and cover your pan so the cheese melts. This is delicious served with a toasty bread or mashed potatoes and veggies.
Notes
You can substitute the beef broth for chicken broth.
