This French onion dip is made with rich, slow cooked caramelized onions, blended into a creamy, savory dip bursting with deep umami flavor.  Paired with crispy, homemade potato chips seasoned with French onion spices, each bite gives the perfect mix of creamy and crunchy indulgence.

  2. Using a mandoline slicer, cut the potatoes using the thin setting.
  3. Add potatoes to a large bowl with water and vinegar, allow to sit for 1 hour.
